Holi, the Hindu Festival of colours comes at the end of the winter season and marks the beginning of spring. The festival also symbolizes a new beginning for all to end conflicts and let go of emotional impurities from the past. It is the time to embrace friendship and togetherness.
New Horizon Gurukul envisions the society and the world at large, as one where there are colors of unity, fraternity and brotherhood. To bring forth this idea and to instill these emotions among the students.Holi was celebrated on 10 March 2017, in the Gurukul Quadrangle.
Cultural Programme included a speech on the importance and relevance of Holi, dance performances by the students and the teachers of New horizon Gurukul and a palm printing activity for students of Classes Eight and Nine.
The New Horizon Gurukul Family celebrated Holi with a Splash of Eco friendly Colours. The Presence of Dr Mohan Manghnani, Director of New Horizon Group of Education, Ms Sargam Manghnani, Director of New Horizon Gurukul and Ms Keerti Manghnani, Multiplied the joy of the Festivity manifold.
