To commemorate the spirit of World Music Day, our school organized a vibrant and unforgettable musical celebration on June 24 at the Chanakya Auditorium. Although World Music Day is internationally observed on June 21, our school chose to celebrate it a few days later, ensuring a joyous and well-prepared event that resonated with rhythm, harmony, and creative expression.

The event opened with a warm welcome, setting the tone for what would be an afternoon filled with musical brilliance. The spotlight of the day was undoubtedly the spectacular performance by the NHG Music Band, whose presentation was nothing short of phenomenal. With their rich and innovative blend of Indian Classical Fusion, Pop, Jazz, and Rock, the band took the audience on a musical journey that transcended genres and expectations.

Each piece performed by the band reflected not just musical talent, but also deep cultural appreciation and experimentation. The fusion of traditional Indian ragas with the upbeat tempo of Western styles created a soundscape that was both refreshing and soul-stirring. The students’ command of instruments, vocals, and stage presence left the entire audience spellbound.
