Event Report: National Unity Day 2025
Event Details:
The Social Science Department of Gurukul celebrated National Unity Day (Rashtriya Ekta Diwas) on 31st October 2025 to commemorate the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, the Iron Man of India. The event aimed to honour his invaluable contribution in integrating the princely states and uniting the nation under one flag.
Objectives:
• To develop among students a sense of patriotism, civic responsibility, and appreciation for
India’s unity in diversity.
• To encourage creative expression through art, poetry, and writing on the theme of national unity.
