The field trip to Jus’ Turfs Chocolate Factory in Bengaluru was a delightful blend of hands-on learning and fun-filled activities, offering students an insider’s look into the fascinating world of chocolate making. The day began with a warm welcome at the factory, followed by a live demonstration of the chocolate-making process.

Students watched with great interest as professionals showcased how chocolate is melted, moulded, and cooled. They also explored the machines used in the bean-to-bar process, gaining a clear understanding of how cocoa beans are transformed into the chocolates we enjoy.

One of the most exciting parts of the visit was the chocolate-making session, where students had the chance to create their own chocolate lollipops. Using clean, food-safe tools and moulds, they mixed and shaped the chocolate, experiencing firsthand what it’s like to be a chocolatier. After the activity, each student was awarded a “Junior Chocolate Chef” certificate, recognizing their participation and effort.
