INVESTITURE CEREMONY-2022-23
“Leadership is the capacity to translate vision into reality”.
Investiture ceremony for the Student Council 2022-23 was held on 24th June, 2022. All students and teachers were present to be a part of the momentous occasion and to behold the grand spectacle of students’ representatives holding up their house flags proudly.
Chief guest for the ceremony Mr. Surya Bajaj, along with Ms. Sandhya Singh, Principal of New Horizon Gurukul, and Mr. Jayashankar, Head of accounts of New Horizon Gurukul, formally bestowed the responsibilities to the students by pinning the badges.
Neema Kini of Grade-12 B, the newly elected School Captain, Girl administered the pledge followed by the speech of Subhamaya Mohanty of Grade-12 A, the newly elected School Captain, Boy. Principal, Ms. Sandhya Singh, while addressing the gathering, had also taken the opportunity to remind the students and council members yet again that maintaining the discipline and decorum in school is of immense importance.
The programme concluded with all the students singing the school song followed by the National Anthem.
