The resplendence of this year’s Diwali celebration at New Horizon Gurukul took everyone to newer zeniths of happiness. The cultural extravaganza was held on 1st Nov 2021 in NHG campus. The programme was graced by Mr.Mohan Manghnani, Chairman,NHG along with Director, Ms.Sargam Manghnani and Surya Bajaj, President, NHG.

Interspersed with melodious group songs presented by students, the glimpses of Ramayan was potrayed through a colourful dance drama. The entire event reached its crescendo of happiness with mesmerizing dance presentations of Gurukilites amidst soul stirring music and lights.

Lamps were lighted to augment Diwali vibes by student council and teachers followed by festive dinner with a plethora of delicacies to relish and remember for a long time.

The message of Ramayan and its spiritual significance was driven home even on social media pages simultaneously to ensure every Gurukulite is involved in the celebrations.

Festive fervor that started a month before Diwali with a series of competitions for all students came to close on 8th Nov 2021.More than 500 students across all grades (1 to 12) actively took part in a various contests on Diwali theme. The creative work of winners in all competitions was appreciated and prizes were given during a special school assembly to encourage talent and motivate young artists.
