On July 26, 2023, New Horizon Gurukul celebrated the Kargil Vijay Diwas to honor and pay tribute to the brave soldiers of the Indian Armed Forces who fought in the Kargil War of 1999. It instilled a sense of pride, patriotism, and gratitude among the students, for the sacrifices made by the Indian soldiers.

The event commenced with the arrival of the Chief Guest, Major Shubhra Agrawal, a distinguished personality known for her courage, leadership, and service to the nation. A warm welcome address was delivered, expressing gratitude to all attendees for coming together to remember and honor the sacrifices of the brave soldiers who fought in the Kargil War.

The Vice Chairperson Ms. Sargam Manghnani, welcomed and felicitated the Chief Guest. Major Shubhra Agrawal then addressed the audience, sharing her experiences and insights, and inspiring the students with her words. The event provided a platform for students to share their thoughts and insights about Kargil Vijay Diwas.
