The Parent Zumba Class was organized by New Horizon Gurukul on 23^rd July 2023 from 7.30 am to 9.00 am. It was an exciting initiative for Happy Sunday Mornings. The event was aimed at promoting a healthy and active lifestyle among parents, within our school community. Registration was done online using a Google form. Around 63 enthusiastic parents participated for the Zumba class. The class started with a few warm-up exercises followed by dance routines, cardiovascular exercises and cool down sessions. The event provided an opportunity for parents to engage in a fun and dynamic workout.
