Tamanna Aptitude Test was conducted to help the students navigate their career choices and make informed decisions about their future. This particular test was chosen because it helps the students to Understand and make subject choices.

• Explore career pathways.
• Reaffirm their aptitude and explore if they want to continue with their chosen course of study or seek alternatives.
• Relook at their occupational aspirations/goals in line with their specific aptitude.

The test was administered on 11thDecember 2021 (Saturday), from 1:30 pm to 3:30pm. 

It was compulsory for all the students to attend.
➢ Post the administration of the test, class teachers of 10th grade were trained on the 16th of December 2021, about the steps and process involved in the scoring.
➢ Following the completion of the scoring, Tamanna Aptitude was re-administered for the absentees on 27th December 2021(Monday) from 2:05 pm to 3:25 pm and the scoring was done after the conduction of the test.
➢ Finally, a group counseling session was conducted with the parents on 8th of January 2022 from 10:00 am to 11:30 am (Saturday) wherein the details of the test and results were discussed by the counselors. A total number of 126 participants had joined in.

Probable paths for future education as well as career choices as per the scores were also discussed in a general manner. The session included a presentation on the same, which was then followed by a question answer and doubt clearing round. The parents were asked to get in touch through email with the counselors for further assistance and to meet individually.

Recommendations/Suggestions by the parents
➢ Administration of the test should be conducted at an appropriate time and day.
➢ Test should have been conducted early towards the beginning of the academic year.
➢ Class teachers should be giving certain feedback about a student’s performance in particular subjects.
